In His Holy Name: A Collection of Sermons

The Rev. Peter L. Ingeman

Following a career as an officer in the U.S. Army and graduation from an Episcopal seminary, the Rev. Peter L. Ingeman served as rector of two Episcopal churches in Georgia until his retirement in 2012. Inspired by a suggestion from another Episcopal priest whom he had mentored that he publish his sermons, he worked with his wife, Happy, and a group of friends from Christ Episcopal Church in Valdosta, GA, to select 152 sermons delivered between 2005 and 2016 and to edit them for publication as a book.. 

The resulting book is entitled In His Holy Name: A Collection of Sermons, using Fr. Ingeman’s closing words in all of his sermons. The complete contents of the book are available without charge on this website, along with audio recordings of six of the sermons.
